🎁 Giveaways
Where are the giveaways?
Giveaways are posted in #giveaways. If it’s empty, the giveaways are already done.
Why was my entry denied?
Your entry could be denied if you didn’t meet the requirements (role, account age, etc.), or if you have the giveaway blacklist role.
How are winners chosen?
Winners are chosen randomly using the server bot. This includes rerolls.
When do giveaways end?
Each giveaway has its own timer — check the message embed for the end date.
How do I know if I won?
The bot will mention winners in the giveaway post. If you’re unsure, check DMs for confirmation.
What do I do after I win?
Follow the instructions in the giveaway post or DM a staff member if something isn’t clear.
Why was the giveaway rerolled?
Rerolls happen if the original winner is ineligible, confirmed an alt before the prize is claimed, or doesn’t respond in time. There could be other unlisted reasons. Always ask staff if unsure or not mentioned.
I didn’t win; can I have another chance?
Unless the original winner gets rerolled, each giveaway has only one (or sometimes multiple) official winner, but more giveaways will come!
Can I host my own giveaway?
Yes, but you need staff approval first. Open a ticket to request.
Why can’t I enter giveaways?
You might be missing a role, your account may be too new, or the giveaway has ended (but the bot could have not shown it yet).
How will winners be contacted?
The bot will DM winners and mention them in the giveaway post. Keep your DMs open!
Why are there no active giveaways right now?
We will have some every now and then.

Raf Tokens are a special currency exclusive to Raf's Server that you can use for a variety of things.
Are Raf Tokens a cryptocurrency or can be bought with real money?
NO, NO, NO. Raf Tokens are NOT and will NEVER be a cryptocurrency, and they will NEVER be buyable, sellable, or tradeable with real life money.
How do I earn Raf Tokens?

Why was I warned?
Warnings are given for breaking rules. Check the server rules for details. You can also ask staff for the reason. You will also receive a DM from JuniperBot when/if you're warned with the reason if your DMs are open.
What happens after a warning?
Repeated warnings can lead to mutes, kicks, or bans.
Can a warning be removed?
Yes, either when it expires or if an admin clears it.
Am I allowed to do X thing?
If it’s not in the rules, ask staff. When in doubt, don’t risk it.
Can I speak languages other than English?
Yes, but only in #other-languages. Everywhere else is English only.
What happens if I break rules repeatedly?
Punishments escalate — from warnings to mutes, kicks, or bans.
How do I appeal a punishment?
Open a ticket, DM staff, or if banned, join the Ban Appeal Server.

How do I apply for staff?
Check the #staff-applications channel when apps are open (they usually are).
What do staff members do?
They moderate the server, help members, and keep things running smoothly.
Can staff remove my warning/ban?
Yes, staff can remove or adjust punishments if needed.
Can I DM staff about problems?
Yes, but tickets are preferred for better tracking.
Are staff decisions final?
Yes, but staff can change or reverse decisions if new info comes up.

Why can’t I see some channels?
You might not have the role/permissions, or your settings might be wrong. Click the server name --> "Show All Channels".
Why can’t I join voice chat?
Usually a permissions issue or muted by staff; rarely a real bug. Try restarting your Discord.
Why don’t I get bot DMs?
Check your privacy settings; bots can’t DM blocked users.
My account is new, will that block me from things?
Sometimes it affects giveaways, but mostly not.
How do I change my nickname?
Click your username --> Change Nickname. Self-explanatory.
